This document contains (A) the Terms of Service and (B) the Privacy Policy for the App. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
A) Terms of Service
1) Acceptance of these Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms and confirm you have read and understood them.
2) Eligibility and children
The App is intended to be used by adults (e.g., parents/guardians) to create comics for children.
- You must be able to form a legally binding contract in your jurisdiction.
- If you upload a child’s name/photo or otherwise provide information about a child, you represent that you are the child’s parent or legal guardian (or have appropriate permission) and that you have the right to provide that information to us for processing.
3) Accounts and authentication
The App may create an account automatically using anonymous authentication (e.g., a randomly generated identifier) to enable cloud storage and syncing of your comics. You are responsible for maintaining control of your device and your access to the App.
Important: Device-bound data. Because the App uses anonymous authentication, your account and all associated data (including your comics, subscription status, and page quota) are tied to your specific device. If you uninstall the App, reset your device, or switch to a new device, your comics and account data will be permanently lost and cannot be recovered. We are unable to transfer or restore your content to a different device. Consider exporting or saving any important comics before making changes to your device.
4) Subscriptions, purchases, and page quotas
The App may offer paid subscriptions (e.g., premium) that provide a monthly page quota (for example, 50 pages per billing period).
- Billing and payments: Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your full payment card details.
- Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in your App Store account settings.
- Managing/cancelling: You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID subscription settings.
- Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple under Apple’s policies.
- Quota rules: Page limits, page usage, and resets are enforced by our systems and may change with your subscription status.
5) Your content and permissions
To provide the App, you may submit inputs such as a child’s name, a theme, language preference, and optional photos (“Input”). The App will generate outputs such as stories and images (“Output”).
You retain ownership of your Input, but you grant 2DSOFT a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, and transmit your Input and Output solely to:
- operate and provide the App features,
- generate the comics you request (including via third-party AI services),
- maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service.
6) AI-generated content disclaimer
The App uses generative AI to create stories and images. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or undesirable.
- Do not rely on Output as professional advice.
- You are responsible for how you use or share Output.
- We do not guarantee any specific style, quality, or outcome.
7) Prohibited uses
You agree not to:
- violate any law or third-party rights (including privacy, publicity, or intellectual property),
- upload content you do not have permission to use (especially child photos),
- attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or abuse the App or its backend,
- use the App to create, request, or distribute illegal, harmful, or exploitative content.
8) Third-party services
The App relies on third-party services (e.g., Apple services for purchases, Google/Firebase for backend storage/auth, and AI providers). Your use of those services may also be governed by their terms and policies.
9) Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the App if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the security and integrity of the service.
10) Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
11) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 2DSOFT will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the App.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the minimum amount permitted by law.
12) Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes apply from the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

B) Privacy Policy
1) Who we are
2DSOFT d.o.o. is the provider of the App and is the “data controller” (or similar term) for personal data processed under this Privacy Policy, unless stated otherwise.
2) What data we collect
Depending on how you use the App, we may collect:
(a) Data you provide
- Child’s name (or character name) you enter for the comic.
- Comic preferences (e.g., theme, language, number of pages).
- Optional photo(s) you choose to upload (e.g., a child’s reference photo) to help generate consistent characters.
(b) Data we generate or store as part of the service
- Generated story text and images for your comics.
- Comic status/progress metadata (e.g., generating, completed, failed).
(c) Identifiers and technical data
- Account identifier (e.g., anonymous Firebase user ID) used to associate your comics and subscription/quota state.
- Push notification token (FCM token) if you enable notifications, so we can send “comic ready” or similar notifications.
- Basic device/connection information that may be logged by our infrastructure and service providers (e.g., IP address, timestamps) to operate and secure the service.
(d) Subscription and purchase data
- Subscription status and entitlement information (e.g., active/inactive, billing period dates, page limits/usage) used to enforce quotas.
- Purchases are processed by Apple; we may receive limited purchase/subscription signals via our subscription management provider (e.g., RevenueCat) to determine entitlement status.
3) How we use your data
We use personal data to:
- Provide the App (create and display your comics; save and sync your content),
- Generate comics you request (including submitting prompts and reference images to AI providers to generate stories/images),
- Manage subscriptions and quotas (e.g., page limits, pages used, resets),
- Send notifications if you opt in,
- Maintain security and prevent abuse, troubleshoot issues, and improve reliability.
4) Legal bases (EEA/UK and similar jurisdictions)
Where applicable, we rely on one or more of the following legal bases:
- Contract: to provide the App and generate the comics you request.
- Consent: for optional uploads (like photos) and for notifications (where required).
- Legitimate interests: to secure, maintain, and improve the App (balanced against your rights).
- Legal obligations: where we must comply with law.
5) How we share your data
We do not sell personal data. We may share data with:
(a) Service providers (processors)
- Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore database, Cloud Storage, Cloud Functions, and push notifications via FCM) to run the backend and store your comics.
- AI generation providers (e.g., Google Generative AI / Gemini APIs) to generate story text and images using your Input (including uploaded photos if you provide them).
- Subscription management (e.g., RevenueCat) to manage entitlement status and related subscription events.
- Apple (App Store / StoreKit) for payments and subscription management.
These providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies and (where applicable) under contractual safeguards with us.
(b) Legal and safety
We may share information if required by law, to respond to lawful requests, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of users, 2DSOFT, and the public.
6) Data retention
We retain data for as long as necessary to provide the App and for legitimate business purposes, including security and compliance.
- Comics and uploaded photos: Stored in our backend (Firebase/Google Cloud). You can delete a comic in the App, which is intended to delete the comic and associated images from our storage.
- Device-bound accounts: Because the App uses anonymous authentication, your data is linked to a device-specific identifier. If you lose access to your device, or switch devices, your account and all associated comics cannot be recovered or transferred. Data may remain on our servers but will be inaccessible to you.
- Long-lived image links: The App may use signed image URLs that can remain valid for an extended period; anyone with the link may be able to access the image. Treat shared links as public.
- Backups/logs: Some data may persist in backups for a limited period.
7) Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect data. However, no system is perfectly secure; you use the App at your own risk.
8) Children’s privacy
Because the App may involve children’s names/photos, we expect parents/guardians to supervise use.
- Do not upload a child’s photo or personal data unless you have the right to do so.
- If you believe a child’s data was provided without appropriate permission, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.
9) Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights such as access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction, and portability.
How to exercise your rights
Contact us at info@2dsoft.eu. Because the App may use anonymous accounts, we may ask for information to help locate your data (for example, screenshots of in-app identifiers, comic titles, approximate creation dates, or other details).
Notifications
You can enable/disable notifications in your device settings.
Deleting comics
The App includes a “Delete Comic” option intended to permanently delete that comic and its images.
10) International transfers
Our service providers may process data in countries other than where you live (including the United States). Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers (e.g., standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms).

A) Terms of Service (BIBL)
1) Acceptance of these Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using BIBL, you agree to these Terms and confirm you have read and understood them. You must be able to form a legally binding contract in your jurisdiction.
2) What BIBL is — and is not
BIBL is a faith companion app: Bible reading, AI-assisted conversation ("BIBLO"), guided prayers, devotional plans, and a personal journal. BIBL provides spiritual encouragement and study aids only. It is not a replacement for pastoral care, professional counseling, medical, legal, or financial advice. AI-generated responses can be imperfect or incomplete — always verify scripture against the cited Bible text shown in the App.
3) Accounts and authentication
The App creates an account automatically using anonymous authentication (a randomly generated identifier) to enable cloud storage and syncing of your profile, journal, and reading progress. You are responsible for maintaining control of your device.
4) Subscriptions and purchases
BIBL offers auto-renewable subscriptions ("BIBL Premium": monthly or yearly) that unlock unlimited Bible reading, AI chat, guided prayers, devotional plans, and journal reflections. The free tier includes Bible reading limited to 2 chapters per day.
- Billing and payments: Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your payment card details.
- Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, in your App Store account settings.
- Managing/cancelling: Manage or cancel any time in your Apple ID subscription settings.
- Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple under Apple's policies.
- Changes: Feature allocations of the free and paid tiers may change; active subscriptions keep their advertised core benefits for the paid period.
5) Your content
Journal entries, chat messages, and preferences you submit remain yours. You grant 2DSOFT a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and transmit this content solely to operate and provide the App's features. We do not sell your content or use it for advertising.
6) Acceptable use
Do not misuse the App: no unlawful content, no attempts to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, no abuse of the AI chat. We may suspend access that violates these Terms.
7) Scripture content
Bible text is provided in the available translations within the App and remains subject to the rights of the respective translation right-holders.
8) Disclaimers and liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, 2DSOFT's total liability arising out of the use of the App is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9) Termination, changes, governing law
You may stop using the App at any time. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice where required. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia; mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence remain unaffected.
B) Privacy Policy (BIBL)
1) Data we collect
- Anonymous account identifier (random user ID via Firebase Authentication) — to store your data and sync it across launches.
- Profile and preferences you enter during onboarding (e.g., name or nickname, faith tradition, preferred translation, goals, notification time).
- App content you create: journal entries, chat messages with BIBLO, prayer/devotional progress, reading activity (streaks, daily counters and quotas).
- Subscription state (whether Premium is active) — processed via Apple and the Superwall SDK; we do not receive payment details.
- Basic device/diagnostic data necessary to run cloud services (e.g., app version, locale, push token if you enable reminders, abuse-prevention attestations via Apple App Check).
We do not collect precise location, contacts, photos, or advertising identifiers, and we do not show third-party ads or sell personal data.
2) How we use data
To provide the App's features (cloud sync, AI chat responses, prayer plans, reminders, streaks, free-tier quotas), to process subscriptions and show the correct paywall, to maintain security and prevent abuse, and to comply with law.
3) AI processing
When you chat with BIBLO, ask for reflections, or use AI-assisted prayer features, the text you submit (plus relevant preferences such as language, tradition, and tone) is sent to our backend and processed by our AI model providers to generate the response. AI inputs/outputs are not used to train our own models and are processed only to deliver the feature.
4) Service providers
- Google Firebase (authentication, Firestore database, cloud functions, App Check) — hosting and infrastructure.
- AI model providers (e.g., OpenAI via our backend) — generating chat/reflection responses.
- Superwall — paywall delivery and subscription event analytics.
- Apple — payment processing, App Store distribution, push notifications.
5) Retention and deletion
Your data is retained while your anonymous account exists. Deleting the App removes local data; cloud data tied to your anonymous ID can be deleted on request — contact info@2dsoft.eu and we will delete it within 30 days.
6) Your rights (GDPR)
If you are in the EEA/UK, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. Contact info@2dsoft.eu. You may lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (in Slovenia: Informacijski pooblaščenec).
7) Children
The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

2) What AutoBuzz is — and is not
AutoBuzz is a car-listing alert app: you describe the car you are looking for (make, model, price range, year, mileage, fuel, gearbox, location radius) and the App notifies you when a matching listing appears on the mobile.de marketplace. AutoBuzz is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by mobile.de or its owners. Listing data is informational only — always verify price, condition, and seller details on the original listing before any purchase. AutoBuzz is not a party to any vehicle transaction and provides no warranty about listings, vehicles, or sellers.
3) Accounts and authentication
The App creates an account automatically using anonymous authentication (a randomly generated identifier) to store your alerts, matches, and saved cars. You can optionally link an email address in Settings to secure your account. You are responsible for maintaining control of your device.
4) Subscriptions and purchases
AutoBuzz offers auto-renewable subscriptions that raise the number of cars you can monitor at once: AutoBuzz Solo (1 monitored car), AutoBuzz Pro (5 monitored cars), and AutoBuzz Dealer (20 monitored cars). The free tier includes 1 active alert.
- Billing and payments: Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your payment card details.
- Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, in your App Store account settings.
- Managing/cancelling: Manage or cancel any time in your Apple ID subscription settings.

5) Acceptable use

6) Listing content
Vehicle listings, photos, and prices shown in the App originate from publicly available marketplace listings and remain subject to the rights of their respective owners. Listings can change or be removed at any time; the App may show data that is no longer current.
7) Disclaimers and liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that every matching listing is found or delivered, nor any specific notification speed. To the maximum extent permitted by law, 2DSOFT's total liability arising out of the use of the App is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

B) Privacy Policy (AutoBuzz)

- App content you create: search alerts (car criteria), saved cars, match history, and notification preferences.
- Subscription state (which plan is active) — processed via Apple and the Superwall SDK; we do not receive payment details.
- Basic device/diagnostic data necessary to run cloud services (e.g., app version, locale, push token for alert notifications, abuse-prevention attestations via Apple App Check).
We do not collect precise location, contacts, photos, or advertising identifiers, and we do not show third-party ads or sell personal data.
2) How we use data
To provide the App's features (monitoring marketplace listings against your alerts, sending push notifications, syncing matches and saved cars), to process subscriptions and enforce plan limits, to maintain security and prevent abuse, and to comply with law.
3) Listing data processing
Your alert criteria are processed server-side to query publicly available car-marketplace listings. Matched listings (title, price, photos, specs, seller location, listing URL) are stored with your account so the App can show them to you. We do not send your personal data to the marketplace.
4) Sharing
We share data only with processors needed to run the App: Google Firebase (authentication, database, cloud functions, push messaging), Apify (server-side listing retrieval — receives only search criteria, never your identity), Superwall (subscription paywall), and Apple (push delivery, purchases). We do not sell personal data and do not use it for third-party advertising or tracking.
5) Retention and deletion

2) What SUPPLS is — and is not
SUPPLS is a supplement-tracking and wellness companion app: you tell the App about your goals, lifestyle, and current supplements, you can scan supplement labels with your camera for AI analysis, and you can chat with an AI assistant ("Pillo") for general supplement information. SUPPLS provides general wellness and educational information only — it is not medical advice and is not a substitute for the advice of a qualified physician, pharmacist, or other healthcare professional. AI-generated analysis and chat responses can be inaccurate or incomplete. Always consult a healthcare professional before starting, stopping, or combining supplements or medications, and never disregard professional medical advice because of something you read in the App. If you may be pregnant or nursing, take medications, or have a medical condition, talk to your doctor first. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.

You can optionally use Sign in with Apple to link your account so your data is preserved across devices. You are responsible for maintaining control of your device.

- Billing and payments: Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect or receive your payment card details.

You grant 2DSOFT a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and transmit this content solely to operate and provide the App's features (including sending it to the third-party AI providers described in the Privacy Policy below). We do not sell your content or use it for advertising.
6) Acceptable use
Do not misuse the App: no unlawful content, no attempts to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, no abuse of the AI features, and do not upload photos or information you do not have the right to share. We may suspend access that violates these Terms.
7) Disclaimers and liability

B) Privacy Policy (SUPPLS)
1) Data we collect
- Anonymous account identifier (random user ID via Firebase Authentication) — to store your data and sync it across launches. If you choose Sign in with Apple, the identifier from Apple used to link your account.
- Wellness and lifestyle onboarding inputs you provide, for example your goals, diet, exercise, sleep, stress, budget, and the supplements you currently take.
- Health flags you optionally provide — for example whether you are pregnant or nursing, or take certain medications (such as blood-pressure medication, blood thinners, or diabetes medication). These are used only to filter out and avoid recommending supplements that could be unsafe for you. You can choose "None" and skip them.
- Supplement-label photos you take or pick. These images are uploaded to our backend so they can be analysed (see "AI processing" below).
- App content you create: scan results, your supplement stack, and your messages with the AI assistant ("Pillo").
- Subscription state (whether a subscription is active) — processed via Apple and the Superwall SDK; we do not receive payment details.
- Basic app usage and diagnostic data necessary to run cloud services (e.g., app version, locale, and abuse-prevention attestations via Apple App Check).
We do not collect precise location or contacts, we do not show third-party ads, and we do not sell personal data.
2) How we use data
To provide the App's features (analysing your supplement labels, generating tailored supplement information, filtering out unsafe options based on your health flags, syncing your stack and chats), to process subscriptions and show the correct paywall, to maintain security and prevent abuse, and to comply with law.
3) AI processing
SUPPLS uses third-party AI to power its features. When you scan a supplement label, the photo is uploaded to our backend and sent to OpenAI's API for analysis. When you chat with the AI assistant, your messages (together with relevant context such as your goals and current supplements) are sent to OpenAI's API to generate a response. AI inputs and outputs are processed only to deliver these features and are not used to train our own models.
4) Service providers
- Google Firebase (anonymous authentication, Firestore database, Cloud Storage, Cloud Functions, App Check) — hosting and infrastructure. Your data is stored in the EU region (europe-west1).
- OpenAI — AI analysis of supplement-label photos and the AI chat assistant; photos and prompts are sent to OpenAI's API.
- Superwall — paywall delivery and subscription event analytics.
- Product-data providers (via RapidAPI) — to retrieve supplement catalog and product information; these receive product queries, not your identity.
- Apple — payment processing, App Store distribution, and Sign in with Apple.
5) Retention and deletion
Your data is retained while your account exists. Deleting the App removes local data; cloud data tied to your account can be deleted on request — contact info@2dsoft.eu and we will delete it within 30 days. The App also includes a "Delete all data" option in Settings that wipes your account data and starts a fresh anonymous session.
6) Your rights (GDPR)
If you are in the EEA/UK, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. Contact info@2dsoft.eu. You may lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (in Slovenia: Informacijski pooblaščenec).
7) Children
The App is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country, e.g. 16 in parts of the EEA). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under that age.
8) International transfers
Our service providers may process data in countries other than where you live (including the United States — for example OpenAI). Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g., standard contractual clauses).
