A) Terms of Service
What flatBuzz does
flatBuzz notifies you when new property listings matching your saved searches appear on supported real-estate portals across Slovenia and Croatia. We monitor the portal frequently and deliver alerts in the app and via push notifications. flatBuzz is a notification service — it is not a real-estate agency and is not a party to any transaction.
Listing accuracy
Listings are sourced automatically from third-party portals. We do our best to detect new listings quickly and display their details correctly, but we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness or availability of any listing, nor that every matching listing will be detected or delivered. Always verify details on the original listing before making any decision.
Source attribution
Listing data originates from nepremicnine.net. All listing content, photos and trademarks belong to their respective owners. flatBuzz links back to the original listings and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the portal.
Subscriptions
flatBuzz Pro is an auto-renewing subscription purchased through your Apple ID:
- Free — 1 saved search.
- Pro Weekly (€3.99 / week) — 3 saved searches.
- Pro Yearly (€39.99 / year, 3-day free trial) — 10 saved searches.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. If you take the 3-day free trial, any unused portion of the trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your App Store account settings. Prices are shown in the app before purchase and may vary by territory.
Acceptable use
Use flatBuzz for personal, non-commercial property searching. Do not attempt to scrape, resell or redistribute data obtained through the app, interfere with the service, or reverse engineer it.
Termination and changes
You can stop using flatBuzz and delete your account at any time in Settings. We may update these terms or change the service; material changes will be communicated in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
Liability
flatBuzz is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for missed listings, delayed notifications, inaccurate listing data, or decisions made based on information shown in the app.
B) Privacy Policy
Who we are
flatBuzz is a property-alert app for Slovenia and Croatia. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep it short and honest — we collect the minimum needed to send you useful alerts.
Data we collect
Account information: your display name and, only if you choose to link one, your email address. Your saved searches and preferences: the filters you set (region, price, size, rooms, extras), your notification settings and language. Device push tokens: an anonymous token that lets us deliver push notifications to your device. We do not collect your precise location, contacts or browsing history, and we do not sell your data.
How your data is processed
Your data is stored and processed by Firebase (Google Cloud), configured to use servers in the European Union. Firebase acts as our data processor and handles authentication, data storage and push-notification delivery on our behalf.
Where listings come from
Property listings shown in flatBuzz are sourced from the public real-estate portal nepremicnine.net. We display key details and link back to the original listing. Listing content belongs to its respective owners and agencies.
Anonymous accounts
By default you use flatBuzz with an anonymous account — no email or password required. If you link an email in Settings, it is used only as a sign-in credential so you can restore your data on a new device. We never send marketing email.
Your rights
You can access and change your data anytime in the app. You can delete your account and all associated data directly in Settings → Delete account — this removes your profile, searches, alerts and saved homes, with no email required and no questions asked. You may also contact us to exercise your rights under the GDPR, including access, rectification and erasure.
Data retention
We keep your data only as long as your account exists. When you delete your account, your data is removed from our systems. Feedback you send us may be kept in anonymized form to improve the app.
